The multiple-award winning late night talk show “The John Kerwin Show” is taped live before a studio audience in Los Angeles. Since 2001 the show has featured prominent and memorable guests such as Bruce Dern, Brian McKnight, Tom Bergeron, Steve Wozniak, Antonio Sabato, Jr., Eric Roberts, and Cloris Leachman. WANT TICKETS? Amy Schumer marries chef boyfriend Chris Fischer after only a few months of dating

Amy Schumer has confirmed she’s married her chef boyfriend Chris Fischer. The comedian-actress posted photos via Instagram to confirm the news simply saying “Yup” in a wedding dress. Photos included Schumer in a white spaghetti-strap dress exchanging vows with Fischer, posing with friend and actress Jennifer Lawrence and greeting two dogs down the aisle at her ceremony. It had been reported earlier that she and her new husband married on Tuesday in Malibu in a secret ceremony. Soon after posting her initial wedding photos, she also posted an image stating she wasn’t pregnant and that she didn’t want wedding gifts, only donations to Everytown for Gun Violence.   On February 11, Schumer shared the first photo of she and Fischer at Ellen DeGeneres’ 60th birthday party. Alongside sharing the smooch, Schumer wrote, “Happy Birthday @theellenshow thank you for having us!”

Tiffany Haddish’s Debut Special Hits Showtime

Introduced as “the black unicorn,” Tiffany Haddishs says her way onstage to open her first solo stand-up comedy special, and closes it by spreading her joy and newfound success across the audience and into the camera. And don’t mind Haddish for wanting to live it up.  Even if she apologizes for it sometimes. “Sorry, I really just wanted to be ratchet for 10 seconds,” Haddish jokes at the start of her hour. “It feels good, though. I feel like I’ve come a long way.” ’s career is taking off like a rocket. Case in point: The comedian and actor has her very first comedy special, called She Ready! From the Hood to Hollywood, debuting on Showtime tonight! Filmed at Los Angeles’ Nate Holden Performing Arts Center, the special will be a look inside the life of one of comedy’s biggest up-and-comers, covering everything from growing up in the LA foster care system and standing up to bullies to modeling at her local mall and introducing Will and Jada Pinkett Smith to Groupon. Haddish’s comedy is genuine, energetic, and highly personal, which is what makes her so much fun to watch. Haddish is best known for her role in the popular sitcom The Carmichael Show, as well as parts in the hit films Keanu with Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key and Girls Trip alongside Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith and Regina Hall. In addition to her film and television roles, Haddish has earned her comedy chops performing on Def Comedy Jam, Reality Bites, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show, Chelsea Lately and more.

Dave Chappelle Has 3 (!) Surprise Netflix Specials on the Way


After a drought that went on for far too long, there’s suddenly going to be a whole lot of Chappelle on our TVs.

Three whole new Dave Chappelle comedy specials, all coming next year. It’s like comedy’s Christmas gift to the world, a slight trickle turning to a sudden flood—the new specials being the comic’s first in over a decade.
According to Variety, two of the specials will be previously produced and unreleased performances recorded at Austin City Limits and The Hollywood Palladium, and will be released simultaneously. Chappelle will also produce an original special exclusively for Netflix, to be released at a still-unannounced date.

Louis C.K. Taking Summer Off To Focus on Tour

Monday night on the Tonight Show  made a big announcement.  He’s dropping all his other projects this summer to focus on a summer stand up tour. “I’m going to go on tour and do stand up all over the country.  Usually I have a year where I’m splitting touring with shooting something, but this year…I just want to do stand up. I think that’s when I’m best at it, is when I’m not competing with other things,” he said, adding, “I don’t know where I’m going but its pretty much everywhere, the whole country, Europe, some other stuff. ” He’s doing some big spaces- he says he enjoyed working the Garden last year, (Madison Square, not vegetable), and some theaters, and mixing it up. He also explained that he’s managed to stay off the internet completely for a month. He pulled a reverse parental control, by giving his phone to his 10 year old daughter and having her put parental restrictions on it. Louis says he feels better, and its exciting having people tell him things that have happened in the world, instead of knowing everything from being on the internet.  He said it’s increased his human contact, plus, he’s read a book for the first time since High School- Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice, and he discovered he’s absolutely loving Samantha Bee’s new show, and his life has changed for the better.
